Due to the nature of digital products, I do not offer refunds for digital stationeries because you get instant access to the products and there is no way to tell if they have been used or not.
I also do not offer refunds for the commercial templates. If you need futher help with accessing and customizing your templates, you can check out these free tutorials or drop me a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Academy Course Programs
There is a 7-Day refund policy for courses. To be eligible for a refund, you may request a refund for up to 7 days after you purchase any course as long as you do not proceed past the first module of the course. To request a refund please drop me a line at email@example.com. Since I offer refunds for courses, please contact me prior to disputing a charge with your credit card so that I can address your concerns.
