Academy Course Programs

There is  a 7-Day refund policy for courses.  To be eligible for a refund, you may request a refund for up to 7 days after you purchase any course as long as you do not proceed past the first module of the course. To request a refund please drop me a line at support@vivdigitalmedia.com. Since I offer refunds for courses, please contact me prior to disputing a charge with your credit card so that I can address your concerns.
