During the call, we will go over your business needs and determine a suitable package for your project.
After the call, I will provide you with a contract and proposal containing the project timeline, pricing and initial deposit invoice (for one time projects). Once the contract is signed, work begins.

Hourly Rate Projects
Billed hours for ongoing projects will be invoiced and sent to you every thursday of each week.
Fixed Rate Projects
Each one-time project requires an upfront 30% deposit to be paid before the project is started and 70% at the completion of the project.
Monthly Retainer
Monthly retainers ideally should be used up within a month. However, unused hours can be rolled over to the following month but not extended beyond the first week of that month.
Collaboration
I have a streamlined process in place so you don’t have to worry about glitches in Onboarding, Collaboration and Offboarding.
All documentaions will be handled within Dubsado as well as secure file handling and payments. Projects tasks will be managed form Asana, although if you already have a working project management system, I will be happy to hop in.
